HOME
The medical device market is worth an estimated €180 million worldwide and one third of that is in Europe. It is also growing at a rapid rate within the developed markets of Europe and North America as well as in emerging markets such as China. The drive to market simple and effective drug delivery systems is forcing pharmaceutical companies to look for innovative designs and materials know-how from new external partners.

EPN’s second Plastics in Medical Devices conference will provide delegates with the chance to hear inspirational and informative insight from some of the industry’s leading experts. The conference will ask what pharmaceutical companies are looking for in device development, identify the challenges facing designers of medical devices, explain the process of compatibility testing and materials selection and will discuss how designers and manufacturers can work together to bring new products to market on time and on budget. Case studies will provide real-life experiences from those in the know and will help you to effectively operate within the plastic medical devices industry.
